DiamondLight 19", Rack Mount, 4U Chassis______________2.7 Gb/s DWDM SFP

Triple Play Communications (TPC) has developed products such as the DiamondLight 19" rack mountable, 4U, 18 slot optical platform and the 2.7 Gb/s DWDM Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver. The DiamondLight system combines highly configurable optical amplifiers (EDFA's), tunable filters, VOA's, and AWG's with SNMP management capability. TPC developed and customizes the 2.7 Gb/s DWDM SFP transceiver, as well as other optical transponders and transceivers, in order to provide performance which exceeds MSA specifications.

The TPC engineering team’s background combines many years of defense communications systems design with high volume fiber optic telecommunications module development experience. TPC is committed to providing custom, high quality optical and electrical designs and products with short development cycles, high yields, and low production costs. We are able to execute the complete product development process utilizing our high speed optical test equipment and multiple environmental chambers to perform design verification and temperature/humidity qualification testing. This production test capability, coupled with our fiber splicing and routing assembly expertise, provides TPC with a competitive advantage for manufacturing optical products such as line cards, rack mountable chassis, or pluggable modules.
